Delivery estimates are for business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and begin after the processing period has completed.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
- Orders placed on weekdays before our cutoff time are typically processed the same or next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day

Processing ≠ Delivery. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total wait is processing (1–2 days) + transit (7–10 days) = approximately 9–12 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website
- If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us
Tip: Save your tracking number and check it regularly. Most carriers provide real-time updates including estimated delivery windows and any exceptions or delays.
For orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority upon arrival.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps before contacting us:
